Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital Wishes All Nurses a Happy Nurses Day!

On 01 August 2013, our Hospital held a Nurses Day celebration to acknowledge the sacrifices nurses make in their toil to better the lives under their care.

The celebration kicked off with the tradition of our Management team going around to the wards distributing roses to our nightingales. Following that, the celebration continued with a sumptuous buffet spread, games and a dance competition.

A big Thank You to our dear nurses for your passionate efforts put in to better the lives under your care. All your good work and commitment are testament of your professionalism and dedication to the nursing profession.

Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital boasts 750 beds in nursing home care at our Serangoon Road main site and more than 400 beds at our second nursing home, KWSH @ Potong Pasir. Staffed by over 800 trained and professional employees, our inpatient services, rehabilitation centres, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) centres, community care centres and home care services serve thousands of patients every month.

Despite being a charitable organisation that is heavily dependent on public support and donations, Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital remains focused on providing quality care and services to our clients. Besides our care services, KWSH also runs a community training institute.
