Service Updates 服务调整 (30/08/2022)

All visitors are required to wear a mask before entering the premises.


With effect from 1 Sep 2022 (Thursday):

  1. To better protect the vulnerable in the nursing home, only two visitors will be allowed to visit each resident at any time. Each visit will be capped at one hour.
  2. Our visiting hours will be: 12 pm – 1 pm, 1 pm – 2 pm, 6 pm – 7 pm, 7 pm – 8 pm (daily).
  3. Appointment bookings for visitations are not required.
  4. Visitations to certain wards may be suspended if we are managing active COVID-19 cases in those wards. We regret that we will not be able to provide visitors with prior notification of such suspensions.
  5. As part of social responsibility, visitors who are feeling unwell should refrain from visiting.
  6. Upon entering the Hospital premises, all visitors must don a surgical mask at all times.
  7. No eating or drinking is allowed in the wards.
  8. Visitors are not allowed to use the toilets in the wards.
  9. Visitors who do not comply with the above will be barred from further visitations.



  1. 每次探访仅限2名探访者。每次探访限制于1小时。
  2. 探访时间为每天12:00 – 13:00, 13:00 – 14:00, 18:00 – 19:00, 19:00 – 20:00。
  3. 探访无需事先预约。
  4. 若病房内有活跃冠病病例,将可能暂停探访。本院因无法事先向探访者提供该病房暂停探访的通知而深感遗憾。
  5. 若感到不适,请勿前来探访。
  6. 探访者在进入院区时必须时刻戴好手术口罩。
  7. 请勿在探访时饮食。
  8. 请勿使用病房内的厕所。
  9. 不遵守以上事项者将被禁止日后探访。

The TCM Centre will be offering consultations and acupuncture for all conditions except that for fever and acute respiratory symptoms.

Patients with fever or acute respiratory symptoms should visit a Public Health Preparedness Clinic (PHPC) nearest to them.
