Service Updates 服务调整 (1/3/2024)
All visitors are required to wear a mask before interacting directly with residents.
注意：与院友接触前，所有人士必须戴上口罩。

Our ward visitation policy is as follows. We will continue to monitor the situation and review the policy.
- The following adjustments will come into effect from 15 Feb 2023.
- Visitation hours: 11 am – 2pm and 5 pm – 8 pm daily. No booking is required.
- Registration will be closed 15 mins before the end of each visitation time slot (i.e. at 1.45 pm and 7.45 pm)
- Each resident is allowed to receive only up to 3 visitors at any time.
- If the ward is overcrowded, our security officers may decline visitors or reduce the number of visitors allowed for each resident.
- Visitors are required to don a mask before interacting directly with residents.
- No eating or drinking is allowed during the visits.
- During the visits, visitors are to remain at the designated visiting area. Visitors are not allowed to mingle with other residents or walk around the ward.
- Visitors are not allowed to use the toilets in the wards.
- Visitors who do not comply with the above will be prohibited from future visits.

本院病房的探访规定如下。广惠肇将继续观察探访情况并检讨探访规定。
- 以下调整将于2023年2月15日起生效。
- 探访时间为每天11:00 – 14:00和17:00 – 20:00。探访无需事先预约。
- 探访登记将在每个探访时段结束的15分钟前终止(13:45及19:45)。
- 每名院友每次探访仅限3名探访者前来。
- 若病房过度拥挤，本院的保安人员将可能拒绝访客，或进一步限制每位院友的探访者人数。
- 探访者与院友接触前必须时刻戴好口罩。
- 请勿在探访时饮食。
- 探访时，探访者需留在指定探访区。请勿与其他院友交谈，或在病房内随处走动。
- 请勿使用病房内的厕所。
- 不遵守以上事项者将被禁止日后探访。
Please note that effective 1st January 2024, the operating hours for our Business Office and Admission Office will be as follows:
Monday to Friday : 8.30am to 5.30pm
Weekends & Public Holidays : Closed
本院商务办事处及入院登记处将从2024年1月1日起 调整营运时间：

Our Traditional Chinese Medicine, TCM Centre (Serangoon Road) will be operating at a reduced capacity on 7 March 2025 from 3.30pm onwards due to a corporate event.
We seek your understanding on the longer waiting times that may occur on your visit during this time belt. Alternatively, you may wish to reschedule your visit.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your kind patience. We will resume services at normal capacity the next day.

With effect from 3 February 2025, there will be adjustments to work hours for our staff and physicians. As such there will be a change in our consultation hours at Serangoon TCM Centre:
