Job Description  

• Plan and provide nursing care to meet the patients’ needs.  

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patients, treatments and conditions.  

• Assist in supervision of junior nurses and ancillary staff.  

Requirements  

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board  

• Minimum of 1 year of ward experience  

• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to people of all levels  

• Able to perform shift duties
