BILLING & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Billing and Payment Information

You can make payments to Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital (KWSH) through:

Cash

Payments can be made directly at our Business Office during operating hours.

Operating hours: Mon – Fri (9am – 5pm)

Cheque

Cheques should be made payable to “Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital”.

Please write the client’s name and tax invoice number on the back of the cheque, and mail to:

For TCM Centres, payment can be made via cash, NETS, PayNow or PayLah! only.

Additional Payment Options

AXS Station

Payment can be made at AXS Stations by ATM card, AXS m-Station on your mobile device or AXS e-Station over the internet. Choose “Healthcare” and “Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital”.

GIRO

Please go to our Forms & Downloads page and download a copy of the GIRO application form.

Credit Card

Please contact our Business Office at Tel: 6422 1211 or via email: Billing@kwsh.org.sg for a copy of the Credit Card Authorisation Form.

DBS iBanking

If you are a DBS or POSB account holder, you can make payment to KWSH via iBanking on DBS website. Please choose KWONG WAI SHIU HOSPITAL (BILL) for bill payment.

PayNow

If you have registered with PayNow, you can install the banking application on your mobile devices, scan the PayNow QR code printed on the tax invoice to make payment to KWSH.
