Eligibility
Clients with stable medical conditions wishing to enrol in our Senior Care Centre rehabilitation services must be certified fit for rehabilitation by doctors registered with the Singapore Medical Council.Â

To be eligible for government subsidy, means testing is mandatory.
Fees & Subsidies
Our fees are aligned with Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines and are based on each client’s care needs and eligibility for government subsidies.

Meals and Transport
Dietary Options to Support Health and Well-being
Our Senior Day Care Centres offer a variety of nutritious meals tailored to meet individual dietary needs and preferences. In line with the IDDSI framework, we provide:
- Regular diet
- Modified texture diets: easy-to-chew, soft & bite-sized, minced & moist, pureed, and liquidised
- Vegetarian options
- Customised meals with exclusions such as no pork, chicken, beef, fish, or mutton
All meals are thoughtfully prepared to ensure safety, comfort, and enjoyment for our seniors, while respecting cultural and personal dietary preferences.
Convenient and Safe Transportation Services
To ensure a smooth and worry-free experience, our Senior Day Care Centres provide daily transportation with the following features:
- Pickup timings: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
- Drop-off timings: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Wheelchair-accessible vans for safe and comfortable travel
- Seniors are typically picked up and dropped off at the void deck of their residence
- Optional door-to-door escort service is available at $5 per trip (one way) for those who require additional assistance
Our transport service is designed to support mobility needs while prioritising safety and comfort.

How to Apply
Kindly approach your doctor, nurse, case manager or social worker from your hospital, polyclinic or respective agency to assist you with the referral through Agency for Integrated Care (AIC).
