Eligibility
Those aged above 55 years old* and are homebound or frail with chronic diseases under the following categories:
• Category II
- Ambulatory with minimal assistance from one person, with or without walking aids; may have mild dementia.
- Requires some supervision for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as transferring, feeding (including possible tube feeding), toileting, and personal grooming.
• Category III
- Wheelchair-bound or ambulatory with moderate assistance from one to two persons, with or without walking aids.
- Requires frequent supervision and assistance with ADLs including mobility, transferring, feeding/tube feeding, use of diapers or urinary catheter, and basic wound care.
• Category IV
- Bedridden
- Require total assistance and supervision for every aspect of ADL
*Patients of other age groups who are in Category II to IV may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Fees with effect from 1 Jan 2026. Fees displayed are inclusive of subsidies, ranging from 0% to 80%.

- For clients outside the service boundary, a $50 transportation charge per visit applies.

As an approved Caregiver Training Centre, we provide practical training and expert guidance for family members and caregivers to deliver competent and effective home care.

Caregiver Training Fees
The Caregivers Training Grant (CTG) offers annual subsidies to eligible caregivers, enabling them to attend approved courses to enhance their caregiving skills. Our Caregiver Training programme is approved under the CTG scheme.
