Mr Tang Kin Fei is the Chairman of KWSH.

Mr Tang currently serves as Chairman and IndependentDirector of SIA Engineering Company Ltd, Chairman of Singapore Cooperation Enterprise, and the Non-Executive, Non-Independent Board Chairman of Manhattan Resources Ltd. He is also a Board Member/Director of Summit Power International Limited and an Honorary Council Member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Previously, Mr Tang was Group President & Chief Executive Officer of Sembcorp Industries Ltd, where he dedicated close to 30 years of his career. He is widely recognised for spearheading the company’s growth into a focused energy, water and marine group with operations spanning six continents. For his vision, drive, entrepreneurial spirit and exemplary contributions to the energy sector, Mr Tang was awarded the Singapore Energy Award (SEA) in 2017.

He also served as a Board Member at International Enterprise (IE) Singapore, Vice Chairman of the Singapore Business Federation’s Council, and as a representative on various China-Singapore and Middle East-Singapore business councils.

Beyond the corporate sphere, Mr Tang has held several public service roles. These include serving as a Board Member of the National Research Foundation (NRF), Advisor to the NRF’s Urban Solutions & Sustainability Directorate (NRF USS), Chairman of the USS Integrated Programme office, Member of the Defence Science & Technology Board, and Member of the Climate Change Network. He was also Chairman of the College Advisory Board of Nanyang Technological University. In recognition of his contributions to public service, Mr Tang was conferred the Public Service Medal (PBM) in 2020.
