Job Description
- Plan and provide nursing care to meet the patients’ needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patients, treatments and conditions.
- Assist in supervision of junior nurses and ancillary staff.
Requirements
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum of 1 year of ward experience
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to people of all levels
- Able to perform shift duties
