The accreditation is awarded only to organisations that fully embody the facets of a quality structured OJT system recognised by ITE, which include developing an OJT blueprint and possessing trained OJT personnel. <\/p><p>This is an upgrade to our COJTC status, which we were accorded in 2019 in recognition of our outstanding OJT practices.<\/p><p>As a COJTC Champion, KWSH will receive access to a wide range of ITE-supported learning and training programmes, which will further boost the Hospital\u2019s capabilities in building and improving our OJT system.
