Singapore Chinese Orchestra Caring Series Concert

The Singapore Chinese Orchestra (SCO) presented the opening performance of its 5th Caring Concert Series at Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital on 12 October 2011.  With the theme “The Melodious Music with Love for the Elderly”, the evening performance brought warmth and dedicated care to the elderly patients through music.  Forty students from the Yangzheng Primary School were also present with the patients in this event; the children had a great time with the elderly patients. The hospital hopes that this event will inspire students to develop a greater sense of compassion towards the community; and to become part of a group that is emotionally attached to the Hospital.
