A Night of Love: KWSH Charity Concert 2023

It was “A Night of Love” at the Singapore Conference Hall on 21 May as Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital organised our Charity Concert 2023. The show was part of the Hospital’s fundraising efforts that will support our work in enriching the lives of our nursing home residents as well as seniors in the community. Typically held in the month of May, this annual concert celebrates Mother’s Day and honours the undivided love that our parents have for us. The event was graced by Guest of Honour Mr Gan Kim Yong, Minister for Trade and Industry, and we were delighted to have both Mr and Mrs Gan showing support for the meaningful event.

Following the success of our maiden collaboration in 2022, KWSH was thrilled to once again work with the passionate musicians of Ding Yi Music Company, who provided the music accompaniment for the night. The concert’s line-up included popular host-singer Lee Pei Fen, veteran artiste Wysom Wong as well as the multi-talented singer Joanna Dong, who made a special guest appearance at the event. Belting out delightful classics and popular evergreen songs, the wonderful trio were received by the audience enthusiastically and the happy faces of the audience echoed the event’s success.

The charity concert would not have been possible without our kind sponsors and donors. KWSH sincerely appreciates the tremendous support we have received for this meaningful cause. The funds will certainly go a long way in serving the needy elderly as we continue to extend our reach to the community.
